More than a decade ago a group of young adults and teenagers stepped foot on Mark Avenue Park in Grenada Village to play a game of football during the summer for what started off as a kick around. Eventually, friends of friends began to attend and soon enough we had a sizable number of people who would come through for our weekly games during the summer since 2011.

Mark Ave FC now has a focus on leaving our mark on Football in Wellington. In recent years our Teams have secured many honours e.g.

Our Club has a drive for success and whilst we continue to pursue this goal, our main goal is to be able to help provide footballing opportunities to all people. This goal has led us to hosting many footballing tournaments for the wider Wellington community and has united people of all ages and genders.

We'd love to have you onboard for our ever-growing football family, come join us whether it be for social reasons or competitive reasons as we endeavour to create a footballing legacy here in the capital.
